The center vents aren't blowing air when I switch it to that setting. Could it be a fuse?

Is it just the center vents? Do the outer vents on each side have air coming out of them, but not in the center?

All the way across. The little vents by the windows blow something

Does air blow out of the defroster or the heater vents when you command those positions?
