I was on the highway last night and I lost all power in my Cadillac. Pulled over and water was gushing out from Under car.

What year and model is your Cadillac, first of all?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry. 2001Cadillac Devill

OK, good. So you lost all of the coolant, yes? Did the engine overheat, or perhaps you didn't notice that it was overheating?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It was not over heating

The coolant can come from a couple of places. You should be able to give it a visual inspection and see if it's a burst hose at the radiator, that would be fairly common. I don't know how the coolant loss relates to the loss of engine power, though. Did the car restart?

No

You've tried starting it... does it crank? Is there any electrical power at all?
