Getting messages battery volts high new battery new alternator still message it's effecting the ride and at nite my headlights flicker

If it's overcharging yet replacing the alternator didn't change anything then I would suspect the alternator is seeing an incorrectly low reference voltage. The regulator in the alternator reads a reference voltage to determine charging strategy. If it's seeing an abnormally low voltage due to a poor connection or wiring issue on this circuit then it will cause overcharging.
If the alternator case is poorly grounded or the engine ground is poor this will also cause overcharging. If the engine ground itself was poor you should also have starting issues though.
