Cadillac Escalade Platinum: 2010 Escalade; was running perfect

2010 Escalade; was running perfect no problems at all. Just cleaned the interior, dash ect. and after that the vehicle will not start. Remote key will not work. seems like the computer just keeps rebooting.

The battery has been tested and is good. When disconnected shows 12v

When the key is in the on position the computer just cycles and spits out errors; Hood Open, when its among other.

I would start by disconnecting both battery cables from the battery, and touching them together for a few seconds. This resets all of the computers in the truck, so if you have one that is locked up, this will sometimes "undo" it. Secondly, I would use a booster or jumper cables to make sure the battery has sufficient power to run the truck. Though the battery has 12V on it with no load, when all of these lights and computers are turned on, the voltage will drop, and if it drops enough, it makes the computers all kinds of angry, and they won't work. Reset computers and attempt to boost vehicle, that's the place to start.
