Customer Question

i have a 2007 cts that we replaced turnsignal switch and had to remove lock cylinder. now when we install lock cylinder the key only turns a little and the key will not come out and we can't start car. lock cyl only goes in one way i have replace lock cyls over 40 years and not had any problems. its 6:30 and i want to go home
