I will do my best to assist you with your question.I can not say if "worth money" as the condition, economy, demand as well as other factors will play into the value but.. at the 25 year mark is the " usual and customary" point of classifying as a classicYou need to basically allow 25 years on this vehicleNow,, if you had a real rare model, rare trim etc and basically "one of a kind" or what I mean .... a limited production model, then the value could hold or increase earlier than 25 yearsAt this time, I am not aware of any Eldorado in 1990 that falls into this classificationThis would put the year about 2015
