Welcome to JustAnswer, my name is XXXXX XXXXX X'm here to help get your problem resolved. The flasher is built into the hazard switch, here are replacement instructions. Let me know if you have questions or if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks.

The flasher is built into the hazard switch so you will need to replace the switch to replace the flasher. Let me know if you have any questions at all, thanks.
