I went to get a wheel alignment on my 97 cadillac seville. was told "was not able to complete alignment. Found rear knuckles needing to be replaced in order for vehicle to be aligned. Estimate $1725.00 plus complete alignment $80.00."Does this sounds like a little much?

Hi,The knuckles list for $682 for the left and $653 for the right side. Total in parts $1335. Labor is 1.8 hours, around $180-200Total $1515 to $1535 parts and labor.So, your estimate is about $200 to high, but the shop may have a higher markup on the parts.I would check around at some salvage yards.
