HI,No, it isnt critical to have this done at same time. It should be done about every 60,000 miles.you do the plugs and wires at same time, but all else can be done in stages as you can budget it. When you go to a shop for maintenance, they will always try to upsell you, and a few will use scare tactics, but just stick to your guns and only agree to have done what you came in for
