Ok, here is the step by step with diagrams.
Engine Mount Replacement - FrontRemoval Procedure1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the nut securing the front engine mount to the engine frame.3. Remove the engine frame. 4. Remove the nut securing the front engine mount to the front engine mount bracket.5. Remove the front engine mount.Installation Procedure1. Insert the front engine mount stud (short) through the hole in the front engine mount bracket.
2. Install the nut securing the front engine mount to the front engine mount bracket.^ Tighten the front engine mount to bracket nut to 114 Nm (84 ft. lbs.).3. Install the engine frame. 4. Install the nut securing the front engine mount to the engine frame.^ Tighten the front engine mount nut to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.).5. Lower the vehicle.

The book calls for 4.3 hours. I always support the engine.
I have 30 years doing diesel tractors and this just seams to simple of a job, if your sure this is all the info I need i will accept your answer. Did not want to wait for a gm repair manual
