I do not seem to have the buttons that you name. On my console, there is an OFF button above my rear window defrost button and another OFF over on the right end that is located between the words "Pass." and "Temp" with up and down symbols. The word Warmer appears nowhere.. There is a fan speed button which when pushed gives Lo and Hi digital readouts with no readout for medium.

The pushing of these buttons in various combinations gives no results.

Press the OFF button on the left and the pass. button.Press these 2 buttons at the same time and hold down until data appears. Then press the fan speed button low to select find PCM then press fan speed high to select PCM.

Will give it a try tomorrow

Did not work. pushing both buttons at same time brought up lots of readings on the panel. Pushing the lo fan button causes the panel to clear and nothing further shows up until the key is turned of and then on again.
