Hello & Welcome to JA,
Have you checked any circuits or performed ant tests ?
Make sure ECM B fuse is good.
Also ENG FUSE 1,then cycle ignition key to see if the fuel pump relay cycles on for 2 seconds.
underhood fuse block
OK,does the relay cycle when the key is turned on from the off position. You may need to listen carefullt or have someone feel the relay.
Ok,remove the fuel pump relay .Use a 12 volt test lamp (connected to ground) & see if you have voltage on one circuit & ignition swiched voltage on another.
There is no voltage on any terminal in the terminals in which the fuel pump relay plugs into ?
Ok,the ECM B fuse (in the under hood electrical center) is where the voltage passes to the fuel pump relay.Inspect the fuse closely, try another fuse in its place .Look closely at the terminals to make sure they are not spead.
