It happens when using the key. I use the key because the electronic key wont work so I have to unlock the car by using the metal key. I unlock the door and no alarm , but as soon as I start up the car the factory alarm goes off and I use the electronic key with the unlock button to stop the alarm. on the screen it keeps displaying" Theft system Problem Car May not restart" I do not know what to do. Autozone said they can not use there scan tool because their is no maintenance lights on, so what scan tool and where can I get it and please send me that other link that would not work.
