replace the power steering pressure hose in a 1999 cadillac seville?

How do you replace the power steering pressure hose in a 1999 cadillac seville?

Relist: Inaccurate answer.
The diagrams does not show how the hose is routed. Is it routed in front of the motoer bolts. I was told that the motor bolts would need to be removed and engin needs to be supported to achieve the routing. I guess i need to know the exact procedure for putting on a new pressure hose.

Ok the nut #4 goes onto the clip #16, did you have that fastened? Also, #17 the insulator, seems to be for vibration. Did you put that back on?
