Hello, some have a small lever near top of ebrak pedal for 911 release. if you do not see a lever. you need to get a piece of vacuum hose or take a piece off engine, you can put back later, go to e brake pedal and unhook the hose going to the release actuator and put the new piece of hose on and draw vacuum by mouth or suck on the line to work actuator. this should relaese the e brake. then you need to find out why vacuum noy getting there when car is put in gear
