Customer: Can I get unemployment if I quit because of my mental health -PTSD,Anxiety and Fibromialgya
JA: Have you documented this or discussed it with HR?
Customer: I am 59
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: full time 35 hours per week

In order to collect unemployment, you have to be able and willing to work. If you are not able to work and you quit because of your health issues, you would not be eligible for unemployment benefits I am sorry to say. If you qualify for SSDI you need to apply immediately now, even if you are struggling at work, but unemployment will not provide benefits if you are not able and looking for full time employment.
