Customer Question

I believe I'm being treated unfairly at work. My newly hired boss broke a rule at work that according to our safety policies is punishable with immediate termination, yet he hasn't been neither suspended or terminated. I on the other hand have been suspended for a safety rule that I believe I didn't even break. Both of our incidents are under investigation, but I'm the only one that has been suspended without pay while he is allowed to continue working. This seems like unfair treatment especially when his violation is far more severe than what I supposedly did. Is there something I can do about this situation?

Hello,

Would this violation also violate Cal-OSHA regulations?
