Customer Question

An employee quit after a paid business trip to Vagas. Can my company be reimbursed by that employee.

Unfortunately not unless the expenses that were incurred were not business related and not approved by the company.

When the company authorizes a paid business trip, the only reimbursements that could be sought are for things that were not authorized by the company for the employee to charge as an expense for the trip.
