I figured that the retaliation case should be a part of much larger qui tam case for government overbilling while breaching the public contract. The evidence is a s hard as it can get; internal invoices, memos, etc., received by me directly in due course of business. I am looking for representation, since you confirmed there appears to be a case.
I actually was looking for more specific answer, e.g. CA Labor Code provisions, and maybe procedure or venue for qui tam validation.
I am sorry Wendy, however the usefulness of this thread on my question was exactly zero.
When someone pays to get answer, the usual expectation is to get somewhat specific answer, and not a vague monologue on a suggested topic... I really like to have my money back.
Because, none of my questions were answered properly and to the point I tried to get.
Maybe plumbing related topics are covered better, however my legal services consumer feeling is that I am getting hosed with something rather not expected per advertising.
