An injured worker after 1 1/2 yrs. is made Permenent and stationary, granted future medical, but is denied re=training eligability. What are time limits to appeal? What actions are needed. This is in Calif.
Time for filing a petition for reconsideration is 20 days from the date of service of the final order. See Cal. Labor Code § 5903.
