I am currently receiving $230.00 a week in PD benefits; from a 2003 injury; should I be getting an increase under SB863?
Hello again,

I haven't corresponded with you for quite a while. I see that there are many new employment law "experts" here. I hope they have been providing useful information.

SB 863 (Stats. 2012 Chapter 313) applies to injuries occuring on or after January 1, 2013. Since your injury occurred before that date, the new law would not affect your current benefits.

Hope this helps.
