IF AN EMPLOYEE WORKS 27 HOURS PER WEEK AND THE EMPLOYER DOES NOT PAY HOLIDAYS FOR PART TIME EMPLOYEE AND THE EMPLOYEE WORK 7 HOURS A DAY AND SHE USUALLY WORKS ON THURSDAYS . BUSINESS S CLOSED ON THANKSGIVING DOES THE EMPLOYER HAS TO PAY THE EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY PAY??

CALIF. LAW REQUIRES 2 TEN MINUTES BREAK FROM WORK. I GO TO BATHROOM 4 TIMES A DAY AND EACH IS ABOUT 10 TO 15 MINUTES. WOULD THIS CONSIDER MY 10 MINUTES BREAK FROM MY WORK.
