Question: I was hired as the CEO Assistant and he was asked to resign and now I do not have a secure position with the company. I left a job after 16years to take this position. On my last day of work they called me and told me the CEO will no longer be employed which now they having me just sit and do nothing. Can I be entitled to severance package so I can start looking for work????
