When having the meeting at the time of termination, it was commented "we know your a cancer survivor". How should I interpret this comment and an issue of discrimination. I am remembering some of the smaller comments or statements.

I'm unsure how you can interpret the statement, as it would probably depend on the context in which it was made.

However, it could be an indicator that you were discriminated against on the basis of your disability (having had cancer).
