can your employers insurance company deduct medical expenses the settlement?
I was awarded 85,998.00 for my permanent disability settlement, they deducted $53,000.00 for the surgery & he temporary permanent disability checks monthly checks I had rec. for the injury. is this normal procedure for all work related settlements?
