is it legal to work with out a rise in 5 years with same company, plus doing extra work off the books as well not being able to stop for lunches, told to grab lunch while driving to next job, not being able to stop to relax a haft hour, but they still take haft hour out of your pay

Unfortunately, it is legal for an employer not to give an employee a raise, even after five years with the same company.

However, it is a violation of the California Labor Code for an emloyer to not give employees a full half an hour for lunch breaks.
