Is it ok to wear an open toe high heel shoe with a knee lenth skirt to work? I'm starting a new job and I think it is a dressy casual environment from what I gathered from the interview.

Absolutely! I don't know where in Florida you live, but I lived in Miami for 9 years and just moved back up North almost 2 yrs. ago. Everyone wears open toe shoes to work there. I thought the same thing when I moved there and felt a little apprehensive at first, but it is commonplace. I worked in a business casual to dressy office and that did apply. So get a pedicure girl!!
