Hi,

There are many company's that will buy out smaller companys...the bad news are often you make less then had you sold it independently.

Saturdays loves to buy smaller shops as well as Master cuts and Clipps. The best company for dealing with this would be Regis Corp as they tend to do more buying and if they have none in the neighborhood your saloons are in this may tweak there interest.

Your first step would be to contact Regis and possibly Master cuts as well as the others. Also consider listing your shops with local real estate agency's as well that specialize in commercial property. Your long range goal is to get the best price you can. With the larger corporations they will not be interested in most of your tools located in the store so you would be looking more at selling the store itself and take a cut on your tools, chairs, sinks etc as they will likely wish to replace these. A smaller buyer would want these items as they would need them thus netting you a higher sale.
