I lost my black wallet on Friday, September 7, 2007, at approximately 7:45. I was at a gas station . I did not go into the store. I remember cleaning my windows and leaving; I paid at the pump. 15 minutes after leaving the gas station, I arrived at my intended destination, the store, in my car . It is at his point that I realized my wallet was gone. The only person in my car, other then me, is a trustworthy life long friend. We drive directly back to the gas station and look for my wallet. The gas pumps are designed in such a way that any items place on them would slide of; we look through the trash and search the car, thoroughly. I ask the person on duty, at the station if any one had turned in a wallet, he babbled some gibberish (unintelligible) and then answered no. My friend and I left the gas station and followed the route we took to the store to see if it could have fallen off my car, in the event I had left it on top. We found nothing. We then returned to the gas station asked the attended again, and he was very wishy washy with his answer. I left my name and number so if anyone turned it in, I could be reached. I canceled all cards and placed an alert on them to identify anyone who tried to use them. The next day I went with a friend and went through the dumpster of the gas station, to no avail and retracted the path taken to the store. I asked the attended at the gas station that day, if they had cameras at their facility. He said no, not outside. I asked the business next door, they said the attendant, on duty, the night I lost my wallet , was very strange and had some sort of issues. However, it was in their opinion , that he probably would not have taken the wallet , that he is just very odd and speaks out randomly to the air, that makes him seem guilty. I had three hundred dollars in my wallet; I write this as further description in case you have a psychic on staff: I had all sorts of ID but it has all been canceled. I also had other things, in it valuable, only to me. The return of my wallet would be appreciated, if for the personal things alone. Question. Where is my wallet, is there any other avenues I should pursue?
