Our center is staffed 24 hours - 7 days a week - no shift can go uncovered we are a 911 dispatch center - we work 12 hour shifts - we currently working 4 days on and 3 days off then 3 days on and 4 days off how much staffing do we need, I currently have 9 dispatchers and a ton of overtime. I need to hire additionals positions

not applicable, we dont work 5 days or eight hour shifts, nor can a dispatcher who is not a supervisor cover a supervisors shift.
