how do you open an F.F.Swan safe model number L287 if I have the combination? It is made by The Wehrle Company (manufacturers of the fireproof safe) newark ohio.

Due to the age and maker out of business now the best alternative if you have the numbers is to simply call a good lock smith in your area. They can far better research or know the actual methods to opening this as it does require a number of moves to open.
