Such notes are usually very effective when they are short and well prepared, and they keep up a feeling of a "connection" between the customers and the business. I will give it a shot, and hope you like it. I will use an "us" language but if you want a personalized expression you can change it to "I" or "me", here's my version of a thank you letter:
