Reply to Ms Chase's Post: No, private owned company. The boss started this whole dog business with his little lap dog who was "trained" to go outside. He has not had his dog in the office in months.

Jimbo,

If its a private owned company, the boss can pretty much do as he pleases. If he allows her to bring her dogs into the work place then it's allowed.

If you don't want to rock the boat by pulling him aside and having a word with him, consider writing an anonymous note about how the office is being used for dog pee and poo, how it smells and creates an unsanitary work environment.

Isn't there some kind of law to protect employees in a privately owned company? I would like to think there is a heatlh code against this sort of thing!
