Ive been a self employed professional for 15 years

I am a professional and self employed all my life. However, my business and life was abrutly interrupted when 2 years ago the home I sank all of my earnings from my professional career into, along with all the contents I own, was completely lost in a fire. At same time, divorce I went through also (losing any sense of financial backup or leeway), insurance still wont pay, if it does, will barely cover the amount of downpayment. Now my credit is shot, divorce, bankruptcy,etc. I am outright determined to live in a home, even if modest size, and to rebuild some home on the real estate I own, as I have no other place to live renting like Im in undergrad again. I earn good money but to save enough to pay cash for a new house is not reality. (Having lost nearly $700,000 I earned in income those 3 years up to the fire, and after the fire, my income went down $100,000 a year just dealing with the personal issues. WHERE, WHO, HOW CAN I GET A HOUSE ON THE REAL ESTATE LOT I OWN?

My thoughts on this are considerably different than the answer provided by the previous expert with this site. However, to accurately express these thoughts I will need a little more information. 1.) What is the lot value as it now sits and has it been cleaned up with all debris from the fire removed? 2.) Why is the insurance company only offering such a small amount ? 3.) What amount of income can you now comfortably rely upon that can be verified ? 4.) And lastly what do you perceive as the market value if you were to build a new home on this lot?
