There are many online sites that will offer a small business loan to women but I'd be leery of them unless they were from a reputable banking facility.The best place you can go, the most reputable and most informative would be the Small Business Association.

Not only is there information on business loans but if you inquire you can be sent an entire business package that will give you all the information you need in starting your new business and more. I would strongly suggest that you contact the SBA in your are or at the following site:

http://www.sba.gov/
