Where to find authors for creating good content?

We have a website called Customer (name blocked for privacy) (www.Customer (name blocked for privacy).com). It is a marketplace for premium online content (like an eBay for high-quality content like training videos, articles, etc.) Users can also collaborate with each other and the author. My question is where can we find such authors?
