Hi Patrick,

I'd be happy to help you. From the little that is available online for this company, ( perhaps 5 feedback reports not listed on their site from individuals) in regard to complaints, I have not seen anyone state that they were unhappy with the company. That's a positive step.

The companies main location is in Rome, Italy, a second location in Athens, Greece and lastly, what appears to be an office rather than a brick front address in the states in Dublin , Ohio. I have checked them out and they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau in Ohio. which being an non US entity is not a plus or minus for them. I am always a bit leary of online shops with no brick fronts, in other words with no offline retail business.

Based on the reviews from individuals you may be satisfied. If you would like to feel more comfortable I'd email them, the email is in the contact area of the site, and ask if they have an offline brick front business and where it's located as you'd like to stop in..and no..you do not have to tell them your location :-) This will give you a better idea of they are strictly an online business or have an actual offline store.

I also did a test buy and was not able to use anything other than the methods of payment you stated even though their home page does suggest Credit card options as well as PayPal . It's a call you have to make based on what's out there to review and there really isn't much. Also...be sure the items are no refurbished being sold at lower prices. Read the fine print if you think the item is new and want to know more. This happens all to often with online electronic businesses where the buyer assumes they are getting a new item at agreat price only to find out it's a refurb. There's nothing wrong with refurbs as some are merely returns that, by law in the States, the company is required to refurb before selling ( which could simply mean a recleaning after a customer once try ) But being non US , again,I'm not sure of the regulations overseas on that, So you may want to check that out as well.

Good luck ! I hope I helped to answer you questions. Have a wonderful day!
