How to setup electronic fund transfer

My customers use my business to sell goods. I collect money from their sales in my merchant account and send them a check, minus my commission, every month for their earnings. I would like to do an electronic funds transfer to their account instead of sending them a check every month. How can I setup such a system and what companies help you do that?
