how do you know a slogan is taken?
"Give yourself one less thing to worry about and one more thing to enjoy!" I own a cleaning business and want to use that? Or can you come up with something that is as effective if it is already taken? I need help with a slogan please.

HOw do I file for a business license in palm beach county? I see very many sites and places to go, but I cannot fing the actual form.

I told you in my earlier answer that you can either file your tradmark registration application online by visiting this site http://www.uspto.gov/teas/index.html or if you need paper form then you can call this number 1-800-786-9199 (or 1- 571-272-9250) and they will send you the proper forms.

Remember this is for registration of your "SLOGAN" but NOT for registration of your business or for license to open your business. If you need help to find out how to get license for your business then you will have to post a separate question because your present question is about "Slogan" not about getting business license.
