Okay, here is one about a Manager (I did it about the Manager from "The Office" on tv). I included some dialouge, but that could easily be taken out if you don't want it. This is more than 1 page. This is in a memo format. If you have Word it would work well in that. I even included a source for your complaint letter if you want one.

Regards,

Ryan

RE: Sexual Harassment in the Workforce

Priority: High

After loyally working for Dunder Mifflin Paper Company's Scranton branch, I have determined that many of the employees of this branch are violating Human Resource (HR) established sexual harassment protocol in all of the below mentioned accounts. I highly recommend an immediate onsite visit by our corporate Director of HR, in an effort to avoid potential law suits and irreversible mental and emotional damage by and of the branch employees. Below is a sampling of the comments that I heard in three conversations, all this morning. This comments are typical of any given day at this office location.

Conversation One

Todd "What has two thumbs and likes to bone your mom? Me!"

Michael "Oh, you are so bad! This guy is out of control. He is a mad man! Better get the bleep button ready for him!"

Conversation Two

Todd "Randal is nailing his secretary right? And she is totally incompetent."

Michael "Really? Here we go! Buckle up it is going to be a bumpy ride!"

Todd "We're talking like blond incompetent. Like 10 minutes a word, talking!"

Michael "Well to be fair, blonds, brunettes, there are a lot of dumb people out there."

Todd "Well they are women!"

Michael "Oh wow! I didn't say it!"

Conversation Three

Michael "Stanley, how about that hot picture you have at your desk? Centerfold in the Catholic schoolgirl's outfit! It is hot, it is sexy, and it turns him on. I'll admit the best part of my morning is staring at it."

Stanley "That is my daughter. She goes to Catholic girl's school."

Other Comments Heard

Michael "This one time we were out and we met this set of twins. One thing led to another, and we brought them back to the hotel, and Packer did both of them. It was awesome!"

Michael "The girl in the video we are watching, Daryl banged her!"

In addition, I observed the following articles in the office as well as the below mentioned display of harassment.

Other Sample Incidents

  • Inflatable women with no clothing.
  • While hugging Phyllis, Michael stated that he was, "Worried about getting a boner."

As you know, sexual harassment in the workplace violates the 1964 Civil Rights Act by creating a hostile work environment1. In addition, while these inappropriate comments are being made work stops. Employees stop and listen to the spectacle being created in the office, and later stop to talk about the comments that were made. Besides reducing the chances of a lawsuit, stopping these comments will immediately up worker productivity.

Morale at Scranton is incredibly low. Employees roll their eyes, argue with each other, show up for work late, and freely admit to not working hard. From my observation there have been no attempts to build team morale or have team bonding exercises. As part of my formal complaint I advise an outside communication expert and team building exercises. Without these steps, turnover will continue to be high and morale low.

I am recommending an immediate and serious evaluation of the situation at the Scranton branch take place. This behavior at the Scranton office compromises the company's well respected integrity. As you may have noticed, Michael Scott was a part of almost every inappropriate comment observed. Mr. Scott is my manager and because of his comments I do not feel comfortable approaching him on many subjects. Mr. Scott's comments have been too numerous and too offensive for him to ever be seriously taken as a Manager at Dunder Mifflin.

Thank you for considering my letter, I appreciate your review in this matter and I look forward to receiving your assistance in alleviating this embarrassing situation as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Customer (name blocked for privacy)
