In business the ability to communicate well with others and network ideas is what makes all innovation happen. There has never been an idea that could not be improved upon by input from another source. The idea of forming a good team is valuable in that you need to find several individuals who each have contributions to make in several areas that benefit that whole more than just one would. There is so much to learn about any given subject that people must specialize, no one knows everything about EVERYTHING. The point is to put together these specialists who each have a piece of the solutions you need and who can work well together to get a more complete and workable answer.
