I'm considering going to work for an adult telephone based business in response to an ad on the internet. However, prior to releasing personal information such as I'm considering going to work for an adult telephone based business in response to an ad on the internet. However, prior to releasing personal information such as my name, address and SSN, I'd like to do whatever possible to confirm that the business opportunity is legitimate and that I'm not releasing my information to scam artists. They've supplied me with name of the company and its owner, and their Florida Business License number. They require the same standard information as any mainstream employer and a 1099. Prior to submitting my personal data, I'd like to know what other information I will need and how to best go about verifying that the business is legitimate and I'm not releasing my personal data to scam artists. Thank you

Reply to Don's Post: Hi Don, If you can verify info that's great but I'd still like to know what the process is to do so myself so that I can generalize that information to other similar situations as opposed to just having you tell me your end result. The specifics of this particular company are as follows:

LMT II Services, Inc - Boca Raton, FL
License#: 2001-14450
Owners Name: Frank Scalabrino
The person I spoke with is Kim.
Kim can be reached at: 888-861-8378

Don, I realize you've yet to be paid and as soon as I have a viable response from JustAnswer I will indicate that I accept it. Thank you again for your assistance.

Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy), thankyou for your response .

I have found nothing that says this person or company has operated in a fraudulent way but neither have I found anything which would indicate it was a quality business.

I'm going to opt out and ask anyone here at JustAnswer if they know anything on this type of business and the person who runs it to let you know.

Do remember that phone sex with a minor is illegal and you can be arrested for this and you can be charged as a sex offender. While I realize that this business most likely asks people to say they are 18 but you won't know till the minor situation is revealed by authorities. This is alone is enough reason to really think about this before you commit to a job that involves phone sex.If you have not been to their website I suggest you do so.It's pretty low rent so far as websites go not to mention just plain trashy.

Reply to Don's Post: Don,

Again, while I appreciate your desire to verify the legitimacy of that specific company, please remember that the answer to the actual question I've submitted will determine my acceptance and payment for your time and effort. As I re-explained in my initial Post Reply, I want to know what information I will need to acquire from such a company and then what steps I should take, utilizing that information (The Process), to allow me to validate the legitimacy of a business. That is the question. If there are known variables to be considered in the process of validation, that are dependant upon the business type, I'd like them to be included within your response. But, I'd think that the basic process would be similar regardless of the type of business involved.

While I appreciate your concern, know that I am very familiar with and obey the laws. That too is one of the reasons I'm seeking this information. The only reason that you were given the specifics of the company, currently under review, is because you requested that detail, indicating it was required to answer my question. You, of course, are free to have your personal opinion on the moral value, or lack thereof, of that company specifically or companies of that type in general. But that is not the information that I've requested nor for what I am going to pay. So, if your personal sense of morality prohibits you from providing an answer to my inquiry, as your web site claims to have over five thousand researchers available to process inquires as submitted, please feel free to pass my inquiry to one more inclined to provide an appropriate response.

May His blessings be upon you as well.

Relist:
This morning I received a subsequent email from Andy stating that 3 expert answers are pending for my review. However, the only answer I can find is what was on the previous page, from Dan, which indicates he can not answer the question. How do I get to the additional answers that I'm told are available for my review?
