My car broke down and I hhad to park at the nearest location because it was hard to steer and drive. I parked on a lot where thier was a video store and my car was towed. Is there any guidelines or rules about when a car has to be towed. My car wasn't there over 24 hours when I came to try to get it home. What kind of help can you give me.The towing company said they towed it at 1;05am
