Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy), I have experiences as an eBay seller sending packages outside the US. Start with this link
http://postcalc.usps.gov/default.asp?Mode=Intl_Single&CID=10432
which is for the US Post Office. Follow the links which mention
restrictions of what can be sent (ie no arms and munitions of war,
etc.) Also a customs form is required. You can print it
before going to the post office, but for a one time mailing, go to the
post office with your package and they will help determining the form
which depends on weight. The type of service which determines
cost can also be determined when you get to the post
office. (I am assuming you have a normal size
package. The post office clerk will certainly tell you size
restrictions when you get there if any.) To answer your
original question, I just scanned the USPS info in the above link and
didn't find anything about a required city postal code. My
experience tells me to use the address you have with bold lettering on
the package and take it to the Post Office. They will help you
with all the paperwork and options. The following link
http://www.addressdoctor.com/lookup/default.aspx?lang=en&country=TUR
did provide a postal code of 06430 for the address which you may want
to double check. Also, you might want to consider UPS which can
be less costly for heavier packages.
