We are a company, based outside of the USA(Israel), that sells products through the internet (B2B). We are selling our products especially in Europe(most in the UK), but our advertising is the same in Europe and in the USA. We also use the same search engine (google) and the same advertising method (google adwords). The ads. positions are in the first 5 places in google (adwords).
Prices for our products are 40% low(include the shipping D2D), comparing to the same products in other web sites that advertise in google. We also have a lot of entries from the USA.
After advertising for a few months in the USA no one bought our products and we did not get any emails from potential US clients. I also want to point out that there is no problem with our web site. Can you think of any explanation to this awkward situation?

Hi Eli,

I'm in the US. When I type those keywords in google, macroproductions doesn't come up, even if i go 7 or more pages deep. That may be part of your problem.

The other thing is that when i go to your site, it prompts me to install the Hebrew language pack, which might throw some customers off and cause them to leave the site.

I also noticed some wording issues that could throw an American customer off, the way some things are worded on the site.

Your pricing for us customers is not clear either. In my opinion, having been in pr and marketing for over 16 years now, it has to be as simple and easy to use as possible. When i first went to your pricing page is was in European money, many people may assume you only sell to the UK and leave....your opening page should be a choice for people to choose their country and then if they choose UK, everything is in UK money, if they choose us, then everything is in dollars....stops the confusion right at the gate.

I have more, but do you think some of these things may be the cause?

Lisa

You did wrong, our site is in the first page of google advertising, on the right side of the screen. when you type on the ad. you will get all the prices in USD($), then you can type on the price key.
In the right side of any page ther is a "change locations" key to change to USD, POUND, EURO.
