Inappropriate dress

One of the young attorneys that works for me dressed inappropriately for a mediation. I personally bought her a business suit since she has just been a lawyer for 6 months and was unclear as to how she should dress.

Today she wore black slacks and a wrinkled blouse. How do I broach this subject without hurthing her feelings?
