I want to know if I have a plumbing issue or is it something else that causes this problem. I rent a house and it seems like everyday and everynight I hear a loud thumping noise and roaring buzzing sound thats surrounds the house. I hear this in all of the rooms. I was lying on my couch and there were jerking movement from side to side, wobbles, thumps that came up from the floor through the couch which would hit my backside, shakiness that made me very dizzy. Also, I felt I was on pins and needles lying down on my back. It is hard to go to sleep hearing this sound that goes "bomp, bompbomp, bomp, bompbomp" constantly and gives me a headache. Mind you this is every single day and night. It is worse at night because everything is quite. I go to work exremely tired because of no sleep at night.
I've contacted the Water Authority and told them what I experienced and they said it sounds like a plumbing problem. But this has to be more than a plumbing problem.
Could you explain to me in more detail if this is a plumbing problem or is it something else as well. I want to relay some information back to my landlord so this can be fixed.
Thanks.
