please , i have a question for an llc
JA: Can you tell me what state the LLC is registered in?
Customer: maryland
JA: Has anything been officially filed? If so, what?
Customer: my father had 100% of the llc stocks, the building is owned by the llc, my father passed away and i have a second ammendment to member operating agreement which says transfer to me, does this mean the llc is now mine?
