A company is claiming that someone working for my company

Customer Question

Richard, A company is claiming that someone working for my company digitally signed a contract. We have asked for proof that it was signed by this person, 7 times. Not a single piece of evidence has been provided. How do we get rid of this company falsely claiming we have a contract?

By what method are they "claiming" this? Calling you on the phone, sending a letter, they've sued you, etc?

Sorry, I just saw this was asked of Richard. Would you like for me to opt out and place it back in the queue?
