Customer Question

I own the domaine . My webmaster put a picture on our site of 2 hikers. Well, I just got a letter from an attorney saying that picture
has a copyright 3 vau001738583 and contends he will sue for $150.000.00 but will settle for $1,355.00. I have no idea were my webmaster got it but assured me there was nothing said or in print about a copyright. Can I tell the attorney to go pound sand?

I would not tell them to pound sand since you are not sure where the webmaster got the image. You should ask him to validate that this is actually copyrighted material. If he does then negotiate a nominal settlement and agree to remove it.
